99 Construction is a small, privately owned Company that works primarily in Residential Construction and Maintenance. 

We no longer do work for the public.

What We Do



Our company works exclusively for its affiliates and existing partners: J&B Holdings, Agave Rentals, Sky Terrace, and Hamann Property Management.

We specialize in repairs, maintenance, and remodels for rental properties. We also act as general contractor for small speculative housing projects.
